Illinois REALTORS® Ri Prasad, Alex Ruggieri and Noah Ruggieri are capitalizing on the commercial real estate opportunities they discovered at MIPIM 2025. All three met potential clients in Cannes, France during March and have conducted follow-up meetings and subsequent phone calls that could lead to eventual transactions.
Prasad, of Kale Realty in Chicago, is helping a London company and a German company that are interested in investing in U.S. real estate development projects.
Alex Ruggieri, a senior adviser for SVN/Northstar Equities in Savoy, says he is assisting two potential clients that are looking to invest in real estate projects.
A pair of unscheduled meetings in Cannes, France led Noah Ruggieri to meeting two potential clients, and he’s now working with an organization’s acquisition team to invest in affordable housing projects. The organization has a portfolio worth about $600 million. Ruggieri is the designated manager broker for SVN/Northstar Equities of Savoy.
