Join your colleagues in celebrating 2025 Illinois REALTOR® of the Year Michael Gobber and 20 local association ROTYs, including Chris King and Debbie Pawlowicz, at the Illinois REALTOR® of the Year Banquet, April 28 in Springfield.

This annual award recognizes members who have done exceptional work to advance their association and the real estate industry.

King is the HomeTown Association of REALTORS® ROTY and the designated managing broker for United Country Sauk Valley Realty in Rock Falls. She opened her own brokerage in 1999 and joined the United Country family in 2006. She’s served her local association in various leadership capacities, including member of the Advocacy Committee, president and member of the HomeTown Board of Directors. She’s a member of the Rock Falls Building Code Committee and the Whiteside County Airport Board. She’s received the Rock Falls Chamber of Commerce “Shoulder of the Year” award and the Eureka College Alumni of the Year Award.

Pawlowicz is the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® ROTY and the designated managing broker/owner of the DPG Real Estate Agency in Lisle. She is a graduate of the Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Program, the State Legislative Contact to state Sen. Suzy Glowiak-Hilton, a member of the Illinois REALTORS® Board of Directors and the vice-chair of the REALTORS® Political Involvement Working Group. She has generously given her energies to local and state REALTOR® associations and their members.

All local association ROTYs and Gobber, the managing broker and partner of Century 21 Circle in Westchester, will be honored during the banquet at the President Abraham Lincoln DoubleTree Hotel. The reception begins at 6 p.m., followed by the dinner and program at 6:30 p.m.
