Grace period registration and voting begins for Nov. 6 election

Today is the first day for grace period registration and voting at the office of the election authority in jurisdictions where general elections will be held on Nov. 6, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections. The same is true for places where special locations are set up for voting.

The ISBE website offers registration information and a search for election authority information, too.

Illinois’ general election is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 6.
