Bloomington is the latest Illinois city to be chosen for a neighborhood revitalization project through the Counselors of Real Estate® (CRE) Consulting Corps.

As part of a Transforming Neighborhoods Program project, Mid-Illinois REALTORS® Association (MIRA) is partnering with CRE for a comprehensive study aimed at improving housing options in targeted Bloomington neighborhoods on the city’s west side.

In this video, Illinois REALTORS® Local Governmental Affairs Director (GAD) Kristie Engerman discusses the goals of the Bloomington project. She is joined by past Illinois REALTORS® President Ed Neaves, CRE member and Illinois REALTOR® Alex Ruggieri, MIRA President Melanie Walker and CRE Director of Public Service Initiatives Samantha DeKoven.
