Eiger is the Oak Park Area Association of REALTORS® ROTY and a broker for Coldwell Banker Realty in Oak Park. She has served her association by volunteering for numerous committees during her 12-plus years in the real estate business, was a former member of its leadership team and supported the community.
Wendt is the Quad City Area REALTOR® Association ROTY and is the in-house counsel for Ruhl & Ruhl REALTORS® in Moline. He’s served on numerous committees, including the association’s board of directors and he facilitated forms changes in the wake of the NAR settlement. He’s served two terms as a Moline alderman, a board member for the Moline Rotary, Moline Soccer Club and the liaison for the city council to the Moline Park Board.
Zanger is the Quincy Association of REALTORS® ROTY and is a broker for Zanger & Associates, Inc., REALTORS® in Quincy. She serves the association as a member of several committees and is currently its vice president. Her commitment to professional growth and client satisfaction, combined with her collaborative spirit and ability to manage multiple priorities, make her valuable to colleagues and consumers.
Barney is the Central Illinois Board of REALTORS®’ ROTY and was a broker for Barney Real Estate in Westville. After more than 30 years of teaching and coaching junior high students, she embraced real estate to help families find their dream homes. She served on numerous association committees and volunteered for many community organizations, including the Salvation Army and the Danville Festival of Trees. She died in December 2024.
Local association ROTYs and Gobber, the managing broker and partner of Century 21 Circle in Westchester, will be honored during the banquet at the President Abraham Lincoln DoubleTree Hotel. The reception begins at 6 p.m., followed by the dinner and program at 6:30 p.m.
