Ray Brownfield, ALC, with Land Pro LLC in Oswego won the 2018 RLI APEX Broker of the Year Award in the category of Ag Land Sales – Crops.

The RLI award recognizes excellence and performance. Brownfield was one of seven individuals to be named APEX National Broker of the Year in a specific category. He also qualified as a 2018 RLI APEX Top Twenty Producer in the country.

Brownfield and John Moss, ALC, of the Loranda Group in Bloomington were winners of the Largest ALC-to-ALC Networking Award in the referral category.

In addition, Murray Wise, ALC, of Murray Wise Associates in Champaign, was honored with the ALC-to-ALC Networking Award in the transaction category.

All applicants must be members of RLI and have at least four million dollars of qualifying dollar volume in closed land sales in 2018. Each applicant was also recognized as part of the RLI APEX 2018 Producers Club with the twenty highest producing applicants awarded as an APEX 2018 Top Twenty National Producer.
