  • Real estate managing broker license suspended for a minimum period of six months and fined $2,500 for failure to comply with several Department audit requests of their real estate business.
  • Real estate managing broker license revoked and fined $25,000 for failing to account for or remit money coming into their possession that belong to another.
  • Real estate limited liability firm license revoked and fined $25,000 for failing to account for or remit money coming into their possession that belong to another.
  • Real estate broker license granted and placed on probation for two years due to a prior felony conviction.
  • Real estate managing broker license suspended for a minimum period of six months and fined $2,500 for failing to comply with a Department Broker Verification audit.
  • Real estate broker license revoked and fined $5,000 for improperly altering the payee and the amount on their client’s earnest money check for their own use.
  • Real estate broker license suspended for failure to file and/or pay Illinois state income taxes.
  • Real estate broker license suspended for being more than 30 days delinquent in the payment of child support.
