Thank you to eight Illinois REALTOR® members serving in leadership positions for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) for the 2026 governance year, five as committee chairs and seven as committee vice chairs.
The 2026 chairs are:

- Carrie Little (Emerging Business & Technology Forum) is designated managing broker of CarMarc Realty Group in West Chicago
- Sarah Ware (Multicultural Partners Advisory Group) is designated managing broker and principal of Ware Realty Group in Chicago
- Ginger Sreenan (Insurance Committee) is a broker with Dickerson & Nieman REALTORS® in Rockford
- Brian Palm (Property Data Collection Work Group) is designated managing broker and president of Palm Real Estate Ventures, Inc.
The vice chairs are:
- Michael Gobber (Strategic Planning Committee) is designated managing broker and partner of Century 21 Circle in Westchester
- Steve Myers (Commercial Committee) is designated managing broker and president of Myers Commercial Real Estate in Springfield
- Ezekiel “Zeke” Morris (Fair Housing Policy Committee) designated managing broker of EXIT Strategy Realty/EMA Management in Chicago
- Matt Persicketti (Local Leadership Idea Exchange Council) is a broker with Oak Leaf Realty in Frankfort
- Ayn Bartok (Risk Management Issues Committee) is designated managing broker and owner of All in One Real Estate in Harrisburg
- Brandon Shaffer (Smart Growth Advisory Board) is deputy managing broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Central Illinois REALTORS® with offices in Bloomington/Normal and Champaign
- Andy Velkme (Commercial Economic Issues & Trends Forum) is a broker with Caton Commercial Real Estate in Naperville
