Hidden cameras and recording devices could allow sellers to discreetly monitor their homes during sales. Agents must address the “nanny cam conundrum” whether for seller assurance or strategic advantage in negotiations. Drone usage for property footage also is increasingly popular. This session will provide essential knowledge on cameras, drone regulations and more.
About Trista Curzydlo
Trista is a graduate of Washburn University and Washburn University, School of Law, where she was a member of the Washburn Law Journal. After serving as Assistant Legal Counsel to Kansas Governor Bill Graves, Trista joined the office of the District Attorney for the Eighteenth Judicial District of Kansas as an Assistant District Attorney assigned to the Consumer Fraud division. From 2004 to January of 2010, Trista was the Government Affairs Director and Legal Counsel for the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS® and the South Central Kansas MLS, in Wichita, Kansas. Trista now devotes her time to offering excellent educational opportunities for real estate licensees across the country.

About Robert Kennedy III
Robert Kennedy III wants to live in a world where people are no longer afraid to confidently tell their stories…and they can also eat Reese’s Peanut Butter cups for every meal without any repercussions.
His work as a keynote speaker and trainer in the areas of leadership, business communication and video has led him to work with organizations such as AARP, Barnes & Noble, Social Security Administration, Panda Restaurant Group, T-Mobile, and UNCF as well as appearances on Fox, CW and other networks.
As a licensed real estate agent in the state of Maryland, he has spoken for the National Association of Realtors, state conventions like the Michigan Realtors Association annual convention and other state associations and brokerages.
He is involved in his community through various boards including leading the parent association for his children’s high school, coaching high school baseball and running the Crichlow-Kennedy Foundation with his wife.
