There are three important things you can do to understand the new practice changes affecting your business and the tools for staying up to date on the forms and information you need to share with your clients.

Download and use the revised forms for brokerage agreements. This is true for both listing agreements on the seller side and buyer brokerage agreements on the buyer side.

Visit The Way Forward webpage to find not only the revised forms but videos, blog posts and all of the latest information on the practice changes. Make sure to start with the guidance document explaining the form updates.

Review the FAQ section of The Way Forward webpage so you can answer all the potential questions your clients may have regarding these changes. And check back frequently as new FAQs are added regularly.
