Course Contents

Whether we are representing buyers or sellers, one of our most important jobs is preparing an accurate CMA and communicating that to the clients. We’ll look at the steps involved in choosing the right comps, what creates value, how to effectively work with the appraiser and what to do if it doesn’t appraise!

Course Requirements

This online CE course is a self-guided course with quizzes to show student participation and proficiency. You must score at least 60% on a unit quiz to advance to the next section. As of January 1, 2018, online courses no longer require a “final exam” if the course includes interactive quizzes and Student ID is verified during the course. We no longer require a webcam and microphone for online courses. They can be accessed from any device with a strong internet or WiFi connection.

Course Delivery

You will receive a separate email from EIU (participant@eiu.edu) including your login credentials for the course materials. This email is automated from EIU every 30-45 minutes, 24 hours a day.
