All CE course licenses expire on June 30, 2019. Courses must be completed by that time.

The FOUR, 3-HOUR online courses in this package fulfill the 12-hour requirement for 2019 Managing Broker and 2020 Broker Renewal per the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. All four online courses are hosted on the Eastern Illinois University Desire 2 Learn (D2L) platform.

You may complete the course and interactive quizzes from your home or office 24 hours a day. We no longer require a webcam and microphone for online courses. They can be accessed from any device with a strong internet or WiFi connection.

Course Contents

Participants will work through each course in the order below. Each course must be completed before the next course opens.

• COR 16023 – Core A: Fair Housing, Agency, License Law & Escrow (3 hours Core A – Lynn Madison, 564002754 until 6/30/2019)
• COR 16024 – Core B: Legal Issues – Antitrust & Disclosures (3 hours Core B – Lynn Madison, 564002747 until 6/30/2019)
• ETH 1530 – Code of Ethics: Roadmap to Best Practices (3 hours Elective – Lynn Madison, 564002745 until 6/30/2019) *fulfills NAR COE requirement
• RB 745 – CMA: The Market Says – We Need to Listen! (3 hours Elective – Lynn Madison, 564002746 until 6/30/2019)

Course Requirements

These online CE courses are self-guided courses with quizzes to show student participation and proficiency.  You must score at least 60% on a unit quiz to advance to the next section. As of January 1, 2018, online courses no longer require a “final exam” if the course includes interactive quizzes and Student ID is verified during the course.

Course Delivery

You will receive a separate email from EIU ( including your login credentials for the course materials. This email is automated from EIU every 30-45 minutes, 24 hours a day.
