He is among an elite group of REALTORS® nationwide who have been inducted into the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Hall of Fame for lifetime contributions of at least $25\,000. \nAt the national level\, Morris has served on the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Board of Directors and has lent his expertise to a variety of committees including: Housing Opportunity\, Diversity\, Federal Housing Policy and the Multicultural Real Estate Leadership Advisory Group. In Equal Opportunity-Cultural Diversity\, Real Property Valuation\, Land Use Property Rights and Environment and Federal Financing and Housing Policy. In 2018\, Morris was chosen to chair NAR’s Fair Housing Act Anniversary Implementation Group and spearheaded the national association’s efforts to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act. \nMorris earned a bachelor’s degree from Upper Iowa University and is member of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. Durkin continued his public service as an assistant Cook County state’s attorney. While working as an assistant state’s attorney\, Durkin served in the felony trial and narcotics bureaus. Durkin currently practices law in the City of Chicago. \nDurkin currently resides in Western Springs with his wife and family. \nIllinois’ 82nd House District includes parts of Cook\, DuPage and Will counties\, including Burr Ridge\, Hinsdale\, Homer Glen\, Indian Head Park\, La Grange\, Lemont\, Palos Park\, Western Springs\, Willow Springs\, Willowbrook and Woodridge \nAbout Senator Dan McConchie\nDan McConchie (R) was confirmed as Illinois Senate Republican Leader on Jan. 13\, 2021. McConchie has served in the Illinois State Senate since April 2016\, representing the 26th District of Illinois Illinois.
