STEP 1: Complete 90 hours of broker pre-license coursework.

To earn an Illinois real estate broker license, you need to take 2 courses  equal to 90 credit hours: Broker Pre-License Topics (75-hours) and Broker Pre-License Applied Real Estate Principles (15-hours, interactive)

STEP 2: Take the state and national licensing exam.
