Course Description
The student will learn how to utilize RPR as a tool for applying integrated data sources to better serve home buyers and sellers. The course will include an overview of specific features such as Property History, Value Refinement, Market Activity, and Neighborhood information. The course will also include information on how to create a CMA and will review Chart and Graph comparisons to educate consumers on market conditions. Finally, the course will include an in-depth review of RPR Mobile™.
