Course Description
There are situations in every real estate transaction where the agent’s knowledge can change the game!  This course looks at a hat-trick of critical points.  First is negotiating, especially in a multiple offer, because if you can’t get the offer accepted the rest doesn’t matter.  Second, we will look at the home inspection process and how our expertise can help the buyers and sellers understand what’s the right – and wrong – way to handle the inspection issues.  And last, we’ll tackle the ever-increasing problem of the appraisal – how to work with the appraiser and how to appeal a low appraisal if needed.  All aimed at our clients’ objective – GOAL!
