Course Description
This course focuses on key issues and statutes that licensees, in “exercising reasonable skills and care” for Landlords and Tenants, need to be aware of when providing Residential Leasing and Property Management services. Students will also receive an overview of the Community Association Management Act and the penalties for unlicensed activity after October 2012.
