This course, through case studies and demonstration examples of topics covered in the 60-hourBroker Pre-license Topics course, will provide the student the practical application skills needed to be successful in their career. Topics include Brokerage Firm Issues, Agency, Contracts, Real Property Concepts, Antitrust, Fair Housing, Working with Buyers and Sellers, Earnest Money, negotiation and a math review.
