Enter Yelp, the popular online site that allows users to post reviews on everything from restaurants and businesses to real estate agents. You may have heard of Yelp. Heck, you may have already downloaded the Yelp app to your smart phone or iPad.

Yelp can also be a powerful marketing tool, with real people posting real reviews about your services. With so many people turning to the Internet to start their real estate and REALTOR® search, Yelp is “the word-of-mouth of our generation,” says Illinois REALTOR® Ron Knoll, agent-owner of Saffron Realty Group in Chicago.
