The Illinois Association of REALTORS® will hold three Let’s Talk Real Estate next week meetings for members to learn from and provide information to congressional representatives.
The events are:
- U.S. Rep. Danny Davis, 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 12, Carleton Hotel, 1110 Pleasant Street, Oak Park, Ill. This is a lunch event, and reservations are necessary.
- U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis, Wednesday, Aug. 14, IAR headquarters, 522 S. Fifth St., Springfield, Ill. This is a breakfast event beginning at 9 a.m. Reserve a spot here.
- U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger, 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, Forest Hills Country Club, 5135 Forest Hills Road, Rockford, Ill. Reservations here. This is a lunch event.
What can you expect? REALTORS® will have an opportunity to meet their congressional representative and hear about what they are doing in Washington, D.C., on housing issues. Members will get a chance to update the representatives on the market in their areas.
