Have you heard of the Illinois Housing Development Authority’s building blocks program?
If so you may qualify to market properties that have been remodeled through this state of Illinois program. The Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) is seeking proposals from Illinois licensed real estate brokers interested in providing sales and marketing services for IHDA-approved developers.
The firm(s) selected will work directly with the Developer on a contractual basis. The firm can apply for more than one community and will be evaluated separately for each community.

Having knowledge of the Cook County market and certain suburbs is required.
