Angie Zahn, Jonathan Zivojnovic and Elaine Rhodes will be among many local Illinois association REALTORS® of the Year (ROTY) honored April 29 at the 38th Annual REALTOR® of the Year Banquet in Springfield.
Zahn is the ROTY for the REALTOR® Association of Southwestern Illinois (RASI) and is the local association’s immediate past president. She has worked on several local committees, helped lead the Southwestern Illinois Regional Multiple Listing Service and she has demonstrated her commitment to learning by earning numerous real estate designations. Zahn is a certified appraiser, a notary public and a longtime volunteer for the local and regional levels of Girl Scouts. She is a managing broker for Strano & Associates Real Estate in New Baden. She served the Illinois REALTORS® as the 2018 chair of the Conference and Expo Working Group.
Zivojnovic is the ROTY for the Oak Park Area Association of REALTORS® (OPAAR). In addition to serving as OPAAR president, he is the chair of the organization’s government affairs committee. The owner and managing broker for River Elm Properties in Elmwood Park also serves as the Illinois REALTORS® State Legislative Contact for State Rep. Camille Lilly of Oak Park and is a REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Major Investor. He is a trustee for the Columbian Club Charitable Foundation in Chicago and the liaison to the Elmwood Park Planning and Zoning Commission.
Rhodes is the ROTY for the Greater Gateway Association of REALTORS® (GGAR) and a broker for Coldwell Banker Brown REALTORS® in the Metro East area. She has served on several Illinois REALTORS® committees, including Professional Standards, the Senior Housing Working Group and the Business Issues/License Law Forum Committee. Rhodes has used continuing education to stay abreast of the latest industry developments and provide the best service to her customers. She is an RPAC Major Investor and a member of the 2019 Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Program.
All three will join Illinois REALTOR® of the Year Mike Drews of Charles B. Doss & Co. in Aurora, at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum in Springfield for this special event. A reception begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:15 p.m.
