Real estate instructors took a full day of classes on Thursday as part of mandated continuing education requirements.
More than 60 Illinois REALTORS® attended the Instructor Advancement Training, which featured segments best practices on how to teach skills to real estate practitioners.
The training was provided by a series of veteran trainers. They were:
- Adorna Carroll, President, Dynamic Directions Inc., who spoke on how to best reach adult learners.
- Shauna Kalaski, Prairie Center Against Sexual Assault, provided sexual harassment prevention training.
- And Lynn Madison with Lynn Madison Seminars and Norm Willoughby of Willoughby Consulting, LLC, spoke on local real estate practices.
The training was held at Illinois REALTORS® headquarters in Springfield.
