On Sept. 11, the Livingston County Board of REALTORS® held its Annual Meeting and Dinner at David’s in Pontiac.

Guest speaker, Gideon Blustein, Member Outreach Manager and Local Government Affairs Director for the Illinois REALTORS® Association, spoke about the impact RPAC (REALTORS® Political Action Committee) has on homeownership and real estate issues. Members raised $1,030 for RPAC through an auction of REALTOR®-donated items.

The Livingston County Board of REALTORS® also presented the REALTOR® Emeritus award to local REALTOR® Frank Panno.

Panno was nominated for the award by Gina Manker, Association Executive of the Livingston County Board of REALTORS®. To qualify for the prestigious award, a nominee must be a REALTOR® for 40 or more years and have served at the local, state or national association level for at least one year. Panno was one of the founding fathers of the Livingston County association.
