The National Association of REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence Program (C2EX) has been selected as a 2019 Learning! 100 award winner. This award honors organizations for their superior learning and development programs and for fostering a culture of professional growth, innovation, and organizational performance. Previous award winners include Amazon, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the American Heart Association.
C2EX was launched in November 2018 and provides self-guided, customized learning paths in 10 competencies including the areas of data security, technology, client service, professional reputation, and more. Proving competency in all areas leads to an endorsement from NAR that recognizes the member for maintaining the highest professional standard. More than 26,000 REALTOR® members have started on their C2EX journey, and more than 1,700 have earned the endorsement.
