Morning Minute: Mortgage interest rates fall again, now at low for the year

Spring home buyers could get an even better deal on mortgage financing as interest rates continue to their recent decline. Freddie Mac reports that 30-year, fixed mortgage rates averaged 4.21 percent this week, the lowest rates have been this year. Rates for 15-year, fixed also fell to 3.32 percent.
