A new forecast from TransUnion predicts that the country’s mortgage delinquency rate will fall to 2.51 percent next year, HousingWire reports. Delinquency rates have been steadily falling since peaking in 2010 and if the forecasts hold true for 2015, the rate will fall to its lowest level since before the recession.
