It takes more than a few things going bump in the night to scare off 32 percent of potential homebuyers who say they would be willing to buy a  “haunted” house, but they expect to get a sizable discount on the price of the property first, according to a survey by Realtor.com.

The National Association of REALTORS® Styled, Staged and Sold blog covers additional details of the survey including the fact that while some buyers are OK with the idea of spirits sharing their home, they don’t want to see or hear them.

In fact, “41 percent say they are OK with ghosts staying in the home–as long as they remained invisible and didn’t bug them,” according to the blog post.

What do you think? Would you be willing to buy a home with potential paranormal activity?
