Morning Minute: U.S. construction spending climbs higher

Construction spending rose 1.1 percent in October, marking a bigger gain than economists were expecting, Reuters reports. October’s gain was the largest since May 2014. At the same time, the U.S. economy grew 3.9 percent in the third quarter of this year. Read more.
