A new report from RealtyTrac shows that house flipping fell in the second quarter of 2014. There were 31,000 single family U.S. homes flipped — bought and sold again within a 12 month period —  in the second quarter of 2014, a 5.9 percent decrease compared to the first quarter of this year, according to the report.
