Freddie Mac reports this morning that fixed mortgage rates fell this week, marking a four-month low. The 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage  averaged 4.13 percent, a drop from last week’s 4.28 percent. The 15-year, fixed-rate averaged 3.24 percent, down from 3.33 percent the week before. Read the full release from Freddie Mac.
