Congratulations to Champaign REALTOR® Matt Difanis, who was selected as the 2016 Illinois Association of REALTORS® (IAR) Treasurer nominee on Tuesday afternoon as Illinois REALTORS® met in Springfield for the annual IAR Capitol Conference.
Difanis, a partner with the RE/MAX Realty Associates in the Champaign area, was 2012 president of the Champaign County Association of REALTORS® and the association’s 2013 REALTOR® of the Year. A REALTOR® since 1998, Difanis is a graduate of the University of Illinois and the University of Illinois College of Law.
He has chaired and served on more than a dozen IAR committees and task forces, along with multiple NAR committees. In 2014, Difanis became his local association’s first—and only—RPAC Golden R investor.
