Have you checked your educational credits lately? Managing Broker license renewals are due April 30th. If you are unsure about the requirements, use this checklist as a guide:
- Managing brokers who were first licensed prior to Feb. 1, 2013 need 24 hours of CE before April 30, 2015. Important: 12 of the 24 hours must be interactive training, such as the two webinars offered by IAR Licensing and Training Center April 9-10 and April 20-21.
- Managing brokers who were first licensed between Feb. 1, 2013 and Feb. 1, 2015 need 12 hours of CE before April 30, 2015.
- Managing brokers who were licensed after Feb. 1, 2015 do not need to renew their license until 2017.
