The California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) sold its majority interest in zipLogix™ to Lone Wolf Technologies, according to a statement by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Lone Wolf Technologies is a residential real estate software company, while zipLogix™ is a provider of transaction management, electronic forms and eSignature solutions for the real estate industry.  NAR, a minority owner of ziplogix™, agreed with CAR’s decision to sell its two-thirds share of the company.

The combination of Lone Wolf and zipLogixTM will accelerate the development of next-generation transaction management products, according to NAR. The acquisition will also improve the technological capabilities and resources of REALTORS®, helping brokers and agents be more efficient and productive and deliver superior customer service.
