A segment of this month’s Illinois REALTORS® podcast features a discussion with Bill Caton, CEO of Caton Commercial, who is talking about Expo REAL, one of Europe’s biggest real estate shows.
Caton highlights a partnership between the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of REALTORS® and Illinois REALTORS® which has resulted in four stipends being offered to Illinois REALTORS® with an interest in commercial real estate to attend the Oct. 7-9 trade show in MUnich, Germany.
The deadline to apply is August 31, 2019, and those interested in the stipends must fill out an application. The application has all the requirements applicants must meet to considered for selection.
The stipends are specifically for registration for the event, which is more than $600. It does not cover airfare, lodging and incidentals associated with the trip.

“Expo REAL is one of the premiere commercial forums in Europe,” Caton said. “It’s billed as being the investment and brokerage meetings that you do not want to miss.”
