Joe will be sharing two valuable presentations with us. In  “5 Steps to Big Production,” he will talk about strategies and systems, habits, attitudes and completing goals. Joe’s session for managing brokers titled “Recruit, Train & Lead to Higher Production” will give managing brokers additional strategies for how to get the most out of their agents.
