Bouncing Back was the theme for this year’s Illinois Association of REALTORS® Spring Conference & Expo held Wednesday and Thursday of this week (May 4-5). Hundreds of Illinois REALTORS® attended for continuing education, legal and tax updates, plus recipes and tips to bounce back as the real estate market gains strength.
“If you’ve never failed, you’ve never lived,” shared closing session speaker Kim Daugherty. He offered up these key ingredients critical to bouncing back and thriving in the NOW market:
- It’s got to be intentional (and on purpose).
- It will take energy (from start through completion).
- Focus (on the right thing).
- Practice to get better (no matter your age or experience).
