Illinois REALTORS® inducted four new members into its REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Hall of Fame and celebrated new milestone levels reached by six previously inducted Hall of Fame members on Tuesday, March 29 at the 2022 Capitol Conference in Springfield.

Four members inducted into RPAC Hall of Fame

To become state Hall of Fame inductees, REALTORS® must invest at least $25,000 in RPAC. The 2021 RPAC Hall of Fame inductees are:

  • Kathy Frankenberger, Managing Broker with Baird and Warner in Arlington Heights
  • Carrie Little, Managing Broker/Owner of CarMarc Realty Group in Warrenville, 2022 Illinois REALTORS® Board of Directors member
  • Mike Scobey, retired Director of Local Advocacy, Illinois REALTORS®
  • Sarah L. Ware, Principal and Managing Broker of Ware Realty Group, LLC in Chicago

Six reach new RPAC investment tiers

Six Illinois REALTORS® were honored for reaching new milestone investments in RPAC.

Aggregate lifetime investment of at least $50,000:

  • Doug Hartmann, Sr., Managing Broker/Owner of Hartmann REALTORS® in Collinsville
  • Christopher Tenggren, Managing Broker with Weichert REALTORS® Signature Professionals in Rochelle
  • John P. Vranas, Managing Broker of Vranas Ventures in Lincolnwood

Aggregate lifetime investment of at least $75,000:

  • Doug Carpenter, Managing Broker with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group in New Lenox, Illinois REALTORS® past president (2017)
  • Lynn Madison, Owner, Lynn Madison Seminars
  • Piero Orsi, President and CEO of RE/MAX Showcase in Long Grove
