The Illinois Association of REALTORS® (IAR) closely tracked a number of bills important to Illinois REALTORS® and property owners in the final hours of the spring legislative session including: fast-track foreclosure legislation, a Homestead Tax Lien bill, cleanup work on the Real Estate License Act and a bill affecting auctioneers and real estate auctions.
