Another instructor is Lynn Madison, owner of Lynn Madison Seminars in Lake Zurich, Ill. She is a former Dean of the Illinois REALTOR® Institute and has been delivering continuing education programs in Illinois since 1992.

The GRI Grad course was named after Wayne Edwards, a longtime IAR staffer who served as director of professional development until he retired earlier this year.
