Election authorities across the state can begin to offer early voting services to registered voters on Thursday, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
Local election authorities can start mailing primary ballots to voters who request them, and temporary locations for early voting can be established for citizens to cast their ballots, too. Consolidated primaries are scheduled for Feb. 26.
Consolidated elections are scheduled for April 2.
The ISBE website offers an entire section of information for voters, including:
- online registration,
- Voter Registration Lookup,
- ability to find your election authority and much more information.
