Don’t procrastinate! If you are an Illinois Broker who needs to renew your license before the April 30, 2014 deadline, don’t wait until the last minute to do so or you could miss the deadline and find yourself unable to practice real estate on May 1, 2014.

Give yourself enough time to submit your renewal application with the $150 state of Illinois licensing fee to the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation (IDFPR). Click here for the IDFPR renewal web page.

Remember you will need the unique PIN number that was included on your yellow renewal postcard in order to complete your renewal.

If you are not going to have your CE finished until April 30, you may want to go to the IDFPR website and PRINT the paper application just in case the site goes down and you can’t access the renewal application. Applications must be postmarked no later than April 30, 2014.
