If you haven’t completed your proficiency exam test for the Real Estate License Law transition period NOW IS THE TIME. You must pre-register for proficiency exam testing. If you have already completed your proficiency exam you can register for the Green CE test option, Core B: Legal Issues – Disclosure Issues for Landlords (COR 1662, 3 hrs Core B CE)

Then unwind at the REALTOR® Networking reception or Young Professionals Network (YPN) reception following CE testing. And don’t forget about the real estate expo!
