Make your voice heard in the April 7 Illinois Consolidated Election by either voting today through absentee ballot or visiting your local polling place between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. tomorrow.

To find out more about elections, you can visit the Illinois State Board of Elections website. You can find out the names of candidates running for office in your district and where to vote.

You can also take a look at the 13 Opportunity Races identified by the RPAC Board of Trustees, the 26 Independent Expenditure races, four home rule referenda, a sales tax referendum and a real estate transfer tax referendum.  See our “Vote on April 7” page.

By the time you go to bed Tuesday night, you may not know the winners of all the elections races but at least you’ll know the political advertisements will be over for a few months. Check this blog for election results on pro-real estate candidates and real estate related issues Wednesday.
