A total of 360 Illinois REALTORS® were registered for the Professional Standards Workshop Wednesday at the Drury Lane Conference Center in Oakbrook Terrace.
REALTOR® Michael Gobber, Vice Chair of the Professional Standards Committee, welcomed the group, while Bruce Aydt and Diane Disbrow served as co-facilitators during the day of training. Topics included: Changes to the Code of Ethics, Professional Standards – Recap of Process, Grievance Committee Procedures, Ethics and Arbitration Hearings, a Mock Arbitration Hearing, the Ombudsman Program and the Ethics Citation Program. REALTORS® Sue Miller and Chris Read also served as instructors.
