Illinois brokers who’ve been waiting to renew their real estate licenses online can now go to the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation’s (IDFPR) website to do so.
The site reopened late Thursday after more than a week of technical problems. Illinois brokers with email addresses on file with IDFPR — who have not opted out of email notifications — were supposed to receive email reminders and PIN numbers for online renewal from IDFPR on Feb. 1.
