Just days remain for Illinois high school students to submit their entries for the “Home is Where the Heart is” Essay Contest.
Feb. 15 is the deadline for the Illinois REALTORS® Bicentennial Essay Contest, which offers monetary scholarships to 23 entrants. Apply online (preferred) or download and mail completed applications.
The scholarships range from $1,000 to $250. Judges will look at creativity, originality, grammar, punctuation, spelling and adherence to the theme. Essays must be between 500 and 700 words and must reflect the theme “Home is Where the Heart is.”
